Alto-Shaam, Inc has been named Foodservice Equipment & Supplies' Overall Best in Class for both the combi oven and cook & hold oven equipment lines. This marks the 14th consecutive year receiving the award in the Cook & Hold Oven category and the fifth consecutive year in the combi oven category.

Foodservice Equipment & Supplies determined its Best in Class winners by polling its subscribing foodservice operators, consultants and dealers. Alto-Shaam was selected based on its ability to meet a variety of performance targets, including:
