G2 Crowd Publishes Fall 2015 Rankings of the Best Training eLearning Software, Based on User Reviews

Two platforms earn Leader status while Lesson.ly tops overall satisfaction rankings in crowdsourced report

The updated GridSM report for training eLearning, published today by business software review site G2 Crowd, ranks seven products to help purchasers with their software selections. Cornerstone OnDemand and SuccessFactors were named Leaders in the report, receiving strong customer satisfaction scores with a large market presence. Additionally, Lesson.ly and Halogen TalentSpace, were named High Performers, earning strong customer satisfaction marks with smaller market presence scores. Overall, Lesson.ly earned the highest overall Satisfaction score while SuccessFactors earned the highest overall Market Presence score.

The Fall 2015 report is based on more than 120 reviews written by HR and business professionals. Of the 80 products listed in G2 Crowd’s Training eLearning Software category, the ranked products each received 10 or more reviews to qualify for inclusion on the GridSM.

The GridSM factors in customer satisfaction reported by users, along with vendor market presence determined from social and public data to rank products. Based on a combination of these scores, each software solution is categorized as a Leader, High Performer, Contender or Niche.

Overall, users agreed admin navigability, integration capabilities and breadth of lesson creation tools were most important when choosing eLearning software. Features such as content delivery and tracking and content storage and management received the highest average satisfaction scores, earning 84 percent and 83 percent, respectively.

Since the Summer 2014 GridSM report, eLearning products received 263 new reviews on G2 Crowd. Notably is highest overall satisfaction winner Lesson.ly, a new addition to the Fall 2015 GridSM report.
