"The selection of a new instrument is a special process for many musicians and we are very proud to be a part of that process," said Francois Kloc, president and CEO, Buffet Group.

New York City is home to some of the greatest musicians and music venues in the world which is why it is no surprise Buffet Group opened a high-end showroom in the heart of Manhattan back in 2013. Since its opening, the showroom has hosted numerous master classes and concerts and now, for the first time ever, it will open its doors for an exclusive Music & Arts event geared towards helping advancing musicians find the perfect instrument.

Music & Arts, the largest school band and orchestra instrument retailer and music lesson provider in the country, will bring its national event tour, Upgrade Your Sound, to the Buffet Group Showroom on November 12 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with live music performances to follow at 8 p.m. The showroom is located at 153 W 36th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10018.

“For years, the Upgrade Your Sound events have been a huge draw for area musicians because it’s a free opportunity to try out hundreds of instruments and consult with representatives from major music brands like Buffet Group,” said Peter Buciak, regional sale director, Music & Arts. “We’re happy to give musicians an opportunity to try out their dream instruments before buying since finding the right instrument is such a pivotal decision.”

The Buffet Group NYC Showroom offers a great selection of Buffet Crampon, Besson, B&S, Antoine Courtois Paris, Hans Hoyer, Keilwerth, Melton Meinl Weston, J. Scherzer and W. Schreiber instruments. This event is free and open to the public, but appointments are highly recommended. Special discounts and financing options will be available for event attendees. Complimentary beverages and hors d’oeuvres will also be served.

“The selection of a new instrument is a special process for many musicians and we are very proud to be a part of that process,” said Francois Kloc, president and CEO, Buffet Group. ”This event at our showroom will represent our continued interest in pairing musicians with high-quality instruments.”
