Title Alliance Announces Appointment of Settlement Specialist
Media, PA (PRWEB) October 22, 2015 -- Title Alliance Ltd, an ESOP company specializing in title joint ventures, announced today that they have appointed Erica L. Werner as Settlement Specialist. This role will work with the joint ventured offices providing service and assistance to them, allowing them to continue to expand and grow their offices.
Werner is a long time member of the Title Alliance family. Her career began in their Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania operation in 1993 where she ordered searches, typed and reviewed commitments and handled file disbursements. In 2003, she moved to the office in Downingtown, Pennsylvania where she learned how to conduct settlements and prepare settlement sheets. In 2004, Werner was appointed Manager of First Land Transfer, where she successfully grew the office from a brand new, start-up joint venture to an office that conducted 688 closings in 2014.
In her new role as Settlement Specialist, Werner will combine all of her skills to help with continued growth of the Title Alliance family. She’ll provide valuable services such as office coverage, closing coverage, and general office assistance with structuring files and procedures. Her unique perspective, being able to look at an office from the outside, having knowledge of the inner workings of an office, will be really beneficial to help offices become more scalable.
