New Book Guides Cosmetology Professionals to Success
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (PRWEB) October 23, 2015 -- Author Mary Carver-Goldring has experienced 50 years of success in the beauty service industry. Her youngest daughter, author Stella Carver, spent 20 years in retail management before getting involved in the family beauty business. Together, this mother-daughter team has crafted the new book, “How to Get, Build & Keep Your Clientele: What your clients wish you knew. A Guide Booklet for the Beauty Service Professional” (published by WestBow Press).
Carver-Goldring supplied the 10 key habits for the successful beauty professional, based on her experienced track record of booked-up service times and satisfied customers. Carver added her retail management experience to the book, emphasizing the importance of focusing on customer service just as much as technical skills.
“Clients may choose our service because a friend referred them, or our catchy, colorful advertising campaign,” Carver-Goldring says, “but what keeps them coming back is why you need to purchase this book.”
This how-to book offers principles that are easy to read, comprehend and put into practice. The authors hope that by the time readers get to the last page, they will be convinced they need to improve, change and give themselves the gift of success, using the tools found in “How to Get, Build & Keep Your Clientele.”
