Developing an additional value added program under Pay Half Club’s corporate umbrella demands a clear and concise brand message. Stan Richards, Founder and Creative Director, was recently honored by the University of Texas at Austin by naming their advertisement and public relations department the Stan Richards School of Advertising and Public Relations.
