After his mother passed away while he was in high school, his father disengaged, and at 18, Sroda was on his own. Starting with his third grade paper route, he worked many jobs in the inner city of South Bend.
It’s a story many have heard, but Sroda intentionally gave his life a happy ending.
Through hard work and perseverance, Sroda was able to put himself through college and soon became an architect of an accounting software solution at one of the top 10 accounting firms. In 1996, Sroda cofounded Pinnacle, a technology and enterprise resource planning implementation firm, which he led as CEO for 18 years, making it the largest Microsoft Certified Partner in Northern Indiana.
Now serving as Pinnacle’s Chief Information and Strategy Officer, Sroda also focuses on helping others outside the world of information technology. Using the tools he learned along the road that led him to today’s success, he wrote “Intentional Living and Leadership: Consciousness, Choice and Planning for Success.”
