V. Himark (USA), Inc. Expands its Cactus® Specialty Tape Brand by Signing an Exclusive Distribution Deal with IPG®

V. Himark (USA), Inc., a leading manufacturer of the Cactus® brand specialty double-sided adhesive tapes and a wholly owned subsidiary of V. Himark Technology Ltd., announced today it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Intertape Polymer Group® Inc. (TSX:ITP) (IPG®), a leading manufacturer of industrial tapes and films.

The agreement specifies geographies within North America where IPG will have sole distributor rights as well as marketing rights to Cactus branded industrial tape products for converting and distribution beginning November 2, 2015.
