A' Design Award and Competition is pleased to inform that the design project Pooleaf by Sil Gi Lee has been announced as a winner of the Golden A' Design Award in Art Materials, Stationery Supplies and Gift Items Design Competition Category.
The Designers of the award winning Pooleaf Pen Design created a fun and emotional product that is both playful and modern as well as functional. For their pen design, the designers did extensive research on the materials and colors in order to make the pen look quite like real grass. The Golden A' Design Award
The Golden A' Design Award is a prestigious award given to top industrial designs that demonstrate an exemplary level of excellence in design. The Gift and Stationary design entries are judged by a 70-person jury panel composed of Academic, Professional and Focus Group Members. The designs are evaluated with score normalization to remove any biases and are voted on aspects such as functionality, ergonomics, engineering, presentation, innovation, usability, fun details, technology, and any other specific points that could be considered, each of these points are further weighted for different jury groups. Laureates of the A' Design Award are given the A' Design Prize and are further invited to join the World Design Consortium.
