After five years of rapid growth, producing six annual pet expos in 2010 to over thirty in 2015, Amazing Pet Expos has created an all new customer service program that kicks off October 23rd.

It’s called the FOUR PAW CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISE.

At Amazing Pet Expos, our first priority is to deliver the highest quality service to our partners. Amazing Pet Expos is committed to making your experience the very best it can be. Amazing Pet Expos recognizes that a reputation for excellence must be earned every day; as a result, has created and implemented the Four Paw Customer Service Promise:

Amazing Pet Expo's pledge is to be available to it's customers. Amazing Pet Expo's goal is to have you talk to a person instead of a voice recording as often as possible.

Amazing Pet Expos assures that exhibitors will speak directly with a team member, who will identify themselves and courteously assist in reaching the person you are calling.

Amazing Pet Expos will return client phone calls and emails promptly, no later than by 5:00 p.m. the next business day, but often much sooner.

Each Amazing Pet Expos representative will promptly provide clients with their direct contact information so an exhibitor may reach them easily should they be disconnected or have follow up questions at a later time. If a Pet Expo employee is not available, client will be provided with an alternative contact who may assist them.

Amazing Pet Expos employees go through universal training and ongoing education to ensure that more than one person may assist with and respond to any inquiry on any given issue.

Amazing Pet Expos is committed to listening to exhibitor goals and objectives and responding needs in order to best fulfill return on investment.

Amazing Pet Expos will provide exhibitors with appropriate recommendations based upon the client's needs and Amazing Pet Expo's experience in executing successful Pet Expos.

Amazing Pet Expos account representatives will provide ongoing review and service to any client account and are committed to being there whenever a client may need additional assistance.

From start to finish, Amazing Pet Expos account representatives are ready and available to provide assistance with anything a client is experiencing with their account.

The Amazing Pet Expos accounting department will answer billing questions promptly and provide a receipt or invoice summarizing each of transaction.

Everyone at Amazing Pet Expos is committed to delivering the very best in client service and value. We will continue to train everyone in our firm to deliver excellent, informative and timely service.

Amazing Pet Expos will immediately address any client service issues that come up.
