National Recruiting Firm Promotes Associate To Corporate Controller
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) October 27, 2015 -- Lucas Group, the country’s premier executive recruiting firm, today announced the promotion of Margot Barabas. Barabas has advanced from Assistant Controller to Corporate Controller of the nationwide organization.

Barabas began her accounting career in 2003 as an Accounts Payable Associate and has continuously advanced and grown in her profession, eventually leading her to Lucas Group in 2011. Since that time, she has implemented new policies and procedures as well as improved internal controls resulting in higher quality, faster reporting. Specifically she worked to institute new commission software as well as a system to support web-based time keeping. Most recently, Barabas worked directly with the Human Resources team to develop and execute the new “unlimited” vacation policy.
In her new role as Corporate Controller, Barabas will be responsible for the finance department’s daily operations as well as help to develop and set long-term strategies around the financial systems and platforms that will aid in continuing to build and grow the company.
