The Washingtonian Magazine has named InCadence Strategic Solutions as one of its “50 Great Places to Work” for 2015.

Today, the InCadence team attended and was recognized as one of the top 50 companies for the 2015 Washingtonian Magazine Great Places to Work event at the Grand Hyatt Washington located in DC. Winners were selected and evaluated primarily by the scores they received from the employee survey, making this an even more prestigious award. The discussion at the event was led by award-winning psychologist and author of “The Best Place to Work: The Art and Science of Creating an Extraordinary Workplace,” Ron Friedman, Ph.D., The team gained additional insight on the latest research on motivation, creativity, behavioral economics and additional fundamentals that make companies stand out above the rest.
