McClellan Davis, LLC Welcomes New Attorney in Sacramento Office
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) October 25, 2015 -- McClellan Davis LLC announced today that Lucian Khan, Attorney at Law (and Of Counsel), has joined the firm in their Sacramento office. Lucian comes to McClellan Davis after spending the past 20 years of his legal career working for the California State Board of Equalization. During his Board tenure as an attorney, Lucian initially served as a Business Tax Appeals Hearing Officer, and subsequently as an Appeals Supervisor and Settlement Officer and reviewer.
At McClellan Davis, he intends to continue his sales and use tax practice focus and will be working with clients on a variety of matters, ranging from compliance, audit management, appeals and settlement, across a broad range of industries.

Lucian holds a Juris Doctor degree and previously worked as a Deputy District Attorney, where he prosecuted more than 50 jury trial cases. While working at the Board of Equalization he authored over 700 tax decisions and reviewed more than 5,000 decisions. He also received a Superior Accomplishment award for recommending changes in the formatting and review process, for issuing tax decisions.
