Jennifer Chapman Joins TalentRISE Executive Search Team

Talent acquisition consulting and recruitment solutions firm TalentRISE today announced that Jennifer Conley Chapman, formerly with CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles, has joined the firm as Director, Executive Search.

Chapman brings nearly 20 years of retained search and related experience across multiple industry sectors to her role. She has successfully placed senior-level candidates in companies ranging from start-up venture capital to Fortune 50 in general management, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, legal, distribution, operations, actuarial, customer service, and IT positions.

Prior to joining TalentRISE, Jennifer was a member of the global Financial Services and Insurance practices at CTPartners, where she consulted on all aspects of the retained search process and served as leader of senior executive relationship management.

Previously, she was a Senior Associate at Heidrick & Struggles, where she conducted full life cycle searches and served as Knowledge Manager for the firm's Global Insurance Practice. She started her search career at Ward Howell and was a Senior Associate and Financial Services Knowledge Manager at Highland Partners.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Minor in Business.
