The new site will replace the company’s current support portal to enable customer self-service and speed up case resolution.

Built using Zendesk software, the new support portal is available online to enable self-service access for end-users to manage and review support requests, providing real-time case status and related information with the click of a button. Additional features within the support portal include integrated live chat with e2b teknologies support staff, an interactive community forum, and an extensive, searchable knowledge base of help articles and documentation for all products supported by e2b teknologies.
Built in integration with the previous customer support portal allows customers to access and download documentation for all products, including add-on products developed by e2b teknologies. This integration also allows users to access customization installers to download customizations completed for their company.
“Efficient communication and rapid issue resolutions are very important to our team, and the new support portal will allow us to better manage the support process and have more productive conversations with our customers so we can provide the best customer service possible,” said Mullen. “Meanwhile, the self-service tools will allow customers to easily search for answers to their questions, talk with other users, and get information on their support tickets.
