Brussels, Belgium (PRWEB UK) 27 October 2015
Alpha Card, Brussels-based issuer of credit cards, will take the stage at Gartner’s Spanish Symposium/ITxpo to explain the benefits achieved through a recent BPM implementation.
The conference, billed as ‘The World’s Most Important Gathering of CIOs and Senior IT Executives,’ will take place on 8-12 November at the CCIB (Centre Convencions Internacional Barcelona), Spain.
Darren Hart, CIO for Alpha Card, will present on Wednesday November 11 at 1pm.
His session, Legislation to Digitization: Meeting New Challenges in Payment Processing, will cover how Bizagi’s Business Process Management (BPM) platform enabled Alpha Card to meet significant legislative challenges including fee capping and anti-money laundering initiatives.
“The payment processing industry often finds itself at sharp end of intense change and it is essential that we as a business are able to react quickly to stay compliant without compromising on service,” says Hart. “Not only that, as a standalone payments processor, we have the same needs for core service support as any enterprise. Bizagi is an efficient and cost-effective way to quickly meet these challenges, even in a complex environment.”
In the session, Darren will explain how key “Know Your Customer” initiatives, such as aligning the credit application process and the creation of a single customer view, has resulted in significant bottom line impacts including:
- Reduction in acquisition costs by up to 40%;
- Reduction in remediation time from 5 years to 2;
- Reduction in support costs by 10%
- More consistent resolution of support issues
