In recognition of its dedication to employee health and well-being, WorkWise, a leading software developer, has been recognized as a winner of the prestigious 2015 Healthiest Employer award from the Business Journal of Greater Milwaukee for the fifth consecutive year.
This honor reflects WorkWise’s commitment to improving the quality of life for its employees and their families by upholding a culture of health and wellness.
Award applicants were evaluated across six key categories: Culture and Leadership, Foundational Components, Strategic Planning, Communication and Marketing, Programming and Interventions and Reporting and Analysis. A select group of 33 companies in Southeastern Wisconsin were presented with the award by Healthiest Employer, LLC of Indianapolis, an independent partner of the Business Journal.
WorkWise placed fourth in its category and is the only software company recognized in the competition.

Some of WorkWise’s creative wellness initiatives include an on-site vegetable garden, a “Zen Den” relaxation room, an on-site massage therapist, company-sponsored weekly health snacks, exercise groups and a variety of activity challenges that connect exercise with charitable giving.
