Ruth's Chris Steak House Sizzling Soon in Uptown Dallas
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) October 28, 2015 -- Ruth’s Chris Steak House is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest restaurant in the Uptown District of Dallas scheduled for Monday, November 9 beginning with a Sizzle, Swizzle and Swirl Happy Hour at 4:30 p.m. and opening for Dinner Service at 5 p.m. The restaurant is conveniently located at 1900 Cedar Springs Road on the ground floor of the Miro luxury residential high-rise.
General Manager, Tony Gale, who began his career with Ruth’s Chris 16 years ago working alongside Ruth’s Chris Founder, Ruth Fertel, at the original location in New Orleans, and his team are ready to bring the same top-notch service, food, handcrafted cocktails and award-winning wine list it offers globally to Uptown Dallas.

Known for signature USDA Prime Steaks, sourced from only the top 2% of the country’s beef and served sizzling on 500° plates (so they stay warm through the very last bite), fresh salads, sides, and daily created-from-scratch desserts, Ruth’s Chris will bring extra sizzle to Uptown Dallas with new menu selections. New items such as the crab stack appetizer, colossal seafood tower, roasted Brussels sprouts, lobster mac ‘n’ cheese and signature cuts of beef like the impressive 40 ounce Tomahawk Ribeye and the bone-in New York Strip are expected to be some of the menu’s most popular highlights. In addition, Ruth’s Chris will feature an $8 “Sizzle, Swizzle, Swirl” Happy Hour Sundays – Fridays, an annual series of (6) 5-course wine and cocktail pairing dinners, seasonal 3-course menus starting at $43.95 per person, offsite catering and state-of-the art private dining rooms.
Prior to opening day, Ruth’s Chris will host private team training dinners benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters that will feature live music from New Orleans-based jazz band, the Storyville Stompers. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with Ruth’s Chris,” stated Pierce Bush, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star. “Their generosity, along with our other corporate donors, allows our organization to continue to positively impact the lives of more than 2,300 youth in Dallas.”
