An August 2015 survey of existing Spring-Green franchise owners has earned the franchisor the World-Class Franchise certification from The Franchise Research Institute. A confidential, third-party auditor of franchises, The Franchise Research Institute was established in 2002 to study and promote high standards of excellence throughout the franchise industry.

- 94% gave a positive rating to the overall communication between home office personnel and franchisees.
- 98% gave a positive rating to the quality of the products and/or services received from their franchisor.
