In her career in financial services Michelle Lederman worked as a senior associate at Arthur Andersen & Company, a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst with Primedia and a consultant with Deloitte Consulting. As she broke into the field of education, she became an Adjunct Professor with New York University teaching coursework in management and business communications. This teaching experience led to becoming a Course Leader with the American Management Association in preparation for becoming an entrepreneur with her present company Executive Essentials. Executive Essentials provides customized professional development solutions for both individuals and corporations.
