Roundtable Brings Employee Relations into Focus

Fifty senior human resource practitioners from around the country talked trending employee relations issues, data-driven insights, metrics, and organizational design at HR Acuity’s Inaugural Employee Relations Roundtable. The event, held Thursday, October 15, 2015 in West Orange, NJ, included an interesting perspective from the side of a plaintiff’s attorney. Participants shared best practice employee relations across their respective industries, discussed real world examples of employee relations hurdles and successes, and compared differing organizational models.

Over dinner, the practitioners got an exclusive first look at the results of HR Acuity’s 6th Annual Employee Relations and Workplace Investigation Survey results. With over 500 respondents, the Survey featured a popular topic at the Roundtable – social media in the workplace.
