Tailored Living Rolls Out Mentoring Program To Further Develop New Franchise Owners
Orange, CA (PRWEB) October 30, 2015 -- Tailored Living® featuring PremierGarage®, the largest home organization and garage flooring franchise in North America, with 180 franchise territories, launched a network-wide mentoring program that pairs new franchise owners with experienced franchise owners in their local regions with the goal of improving trust, teamwork, and communication throughout the entire Tailored Living organization.
“As a fairly young franchising organization, the success of our franchise owners is key to our overall growth,” said Dan Tafoya, President of Tailored Living. “Not only do we provide our franchisees with intensive training and tools to help them succeed, we now offer a mentoring program to help accelerate their development and to help build their confidence.”
Tailored Living is divided into five regions across the U.S. and Canada, and a minimum of two mentors are assigned to each region. Currently, there are a total of twelve mentors assigned, and each mentor is matched with new franchise owners as they come into the system. Mentoring expectations include field work, such as sales appointments and installations, and operations overview.
“Our mentors actively support, coach and advise our new franchise owners,” Tafoya said. “They help our new franchise owners achieve their goals without setting the goals. In return, our mentors are seen in a leadership role. Here at the corporate office, we rely on them for feedback on initiatives and programs and make adjustments as needed.
