Finalists will convene at the upcoming 2015 Engagement & Experience Expo, powered by Loyalty360, to compete for top customer experience honors in the 2015 Loyalty360 CX Awards. This year’s finalists include Hilton Worldwide, Wyndham Rewards, and Red Lion Hotels Corporation Hello Rewards. Engagement & Experience Expo is set for November 9 – 11 at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre in Dallas, Texas.
Expo attendees will hear first-hand from each of the finalists when they present details of their customer experience strategies in a series of breakout sessions. Executives from Wyndham, Hilton, and Red Lion are slated to lead presentations. Following the presentations, winners will be named during a luncheon ceremony at the Expo.
The Loyalty360 CX Awards recognize the pinnacle in customer-centricity. Brands are honored for using innovative tools and techniques to deliver an experience that builds lasting relationships with customers. In its second year, the awards drew entries from more than 70 brands. Twenty-one finalists plan to attend the Engagement & Experience Expo, where they will be competing for top honors in six unique categories. Hilton, Wyndham, and Red Lion are joined by highly respected brands in other sectors, including financial services, insurance, restaurants, retail, logistics, CPG, automotive, and non-profit.

In the Best Technology & Trends category, Hilton Worldwide and Red Lion Hotels Corporation Hello Rewards will be competing against two other brands. Hilton is being recognized for its use of digital tools, such as the ability for guests to check-in digitally, make room selections and use smartphones as a room key, to personalize and customize guest experiences. Red Lion’s nomination also centers on delivering personalized and dynamic experiences to guests, by using one platform that integrates CRM, property management, central reservation systems, guest surveys, and digital marketing tools.
A campaign centered on the May 2015 relaunch of Wyndham Rewards has earned the brand a finalist spot in the Best Brand Messaging and Communications category. The multichannel campaign focused on educating new and potential customers about the program’s generous reward program, and was aligned with the program’s new fresh, trendy, and unique image.
Engagement & Experience Expo is a three-day event for marketers and other customer-focused professionals to learn business intelligence, meet new technology providers, network with peers, and understand proven solutions to customer experience challenges. Interactive sessions from other highly regarded brands such as Meineke, AARP, Sonic Drive-in, Thomson Reuters, AT&T, and more, will round out the agenda.
The 2015 Expo will feature the release of white papers and case studies from several event sponsors, as well as expanded media coverage and industry analysis.
