Announcing AKE’s 25+1 Anniversary Sale - November 1st thru 30th
Rochster, MN (PRWEB) November 01, 2015 -- Back to The Beginning with AKE Safety Equipment’s CEO – Allen Kronebusch
In 1989, a kid named Allen Kronebusch started selling fire extinguishers. This passionate, young entrepreneur wanted to build a business whose sole focus was on creating and selling the best fire extinguisher money can buy. He began experimenting and testing with different designs and mixtures. The resulting fire extinguisher is now known as STOP-FYRE® - The World’s BEST Fire Extinguisher.
Today, STOP-FYRE® is an industry standard for farming and agriculture across the nation. The industry uses STOP-FYRE® primarily on equipment fires such as combines, tractors, balers, etc. and with great success. To add to STOP-FYRE®’s success, more than 45 fire departments and hundreds of firefighters use and trust the product in their profession of saving lives and fighting fires. It has even seen wide acceptance as a safety standard by track officials, safety teams, and pit crews for motorsports organizations such as the National Tractor Pullers Association, Nebraska Bush Pullers, Missouri State Tractor Pullers, Carolina Truck and Tractor Pulls, North West Truck Pulls, and the Illini State Pullers, and Lucas Oil’s Monster Truck Nationals.
Allen Kronebusch and the staff at AKE believe in one thing and that comes direct from Allen himself, “After 26 years, our customers know that they can trust us with their lives and livelihoods.”
Special Thanks for 26 Years of Customers
Allen has crafted an exclusive sale which runs for the month of November 2015, and will be celebrating AKE’s 26th (or 25+1) year helping customers with their fire safety concerns. The special offer: 26% off customers’ next purchases during this sale. Allen uses this as a way to say “Thank You” for customers’ continued support and trust in the fire extinguishers he sells.
Local Scouts to Reap 26% of the Sale as Charity
More to the point is this: 26% of the sales during the event will be donated to the Southeastern Minnesota Boys Scouts Gamehaven Council. Allen Kronebusch believes in community strength and often has AKE work towards bolstering local charities with monetary or product donations and other kinds of support. He has strong ties to the local chapter of Boy Scouts of America and has chosen them as the recipient of these funds. In fact, Allen has already donated $50,000 of his own money to inspire others to contribute.
Allen Kronebusch Comments on This – His Own, Personal - Project
“As the President of our local Boy Scout Council, I have taken on the finishing of the community center at the Gamehaven Scout Reservation personally. Why? Because I earned my Eagle Scout in this council and I do not believe AKE or STOP-FYRE would exist today had it not been for the positive influence Boy Scouts and Gamehaven Council had upon me when I was a youth. Therefore, indirectly, Boy Scouts also has helped each one of our customers and this is a chance for all of us to help a great organization and thousands of boys and their families. In 2015, my Boy Scout leadership team and I committed to doing whatever necessary to raise the final $600,000 needed in order to complete this building. This has been an almost twenty-year long project and I am so motivated to see it completed during my tenure, that I have created this promotion for November. The overall project is $1.5MM and we were up to $900K by the end of 2014, which is not impressive, BUT this is the first time I have committed to getting this done. By the end of June we had raised $255K, of which my family donated $50K. This is important since it proves to people that we put our money where our mouth is. Then we received a grant from Bremer bank for $100K but the catch with that, or benefit, is that money is ONLY matching money. Cool thing is that every dollar AKE, our customers, etc. gives to the Gamehaven Council, Bremer will match it dollar for dollar up to the $100K amount - through the Otto Bremer Foundation. This means we are basically up to $355K now and have a likelihood of being at $455K very soon.”
Bremer Bank’s Matching Plans
As Allen’s quote states, Bremer Bank has pledged it will match all funds raised during this sale event up to $100,000. This will be given as a grant and they are agreeing to do this through the Otto Bremer Foundation.
