Integrating PossibleNOW’s MyPreferences with Oracle Eloqua gives clients the immediate benefits of enterprise preference management

Oracle Eloqua users now have access to integration between Oracle Eloqua campaigns, Oracle Eloqua lead generation, existing third party integrations and enterprise preference management provided by MyPreferences including:
- MyPreferences Sync for Oracle Eloqua enables Oracle Marketing Cloud customers to easily integrate preference data from Oracle Eloqua Contacts, Email Groups and Custom Data Objects with the MyPreferences central repository in near real-time. The Sync feature also enhances a marketer’s ability to synchronize communication preferences, frequency preferences and contact preference attributes collected in Oracle Eloqua Contacts and Email Groups.
- MyPreferences Connector for Oracle Eloqua enables marketers to update their Oracle Eloqua database with preferences that are collected in MyPreferences from channels outside of Oracle Eloqua so that they are using the most up to date preferences to inform their campaigns.
- MyPreferences Decision Service allows marketers to drive campaign delivery based on preference information captured through other channels and departments without incurring the overhead and cost of storing all of that data in Oracle Eloqua.
With MyPreferences for Oracle Eloqua, marketers can enhance compliance by keeping track of historical changes to preferences, delivery of those preferences to Oracle Eloqua, and optionally record utilization and status of preferences during campaign delivery.
