DecoratorsBest, the world’s largest online retailer for designer fabric and wallpaper, is celebrating the success of its new Trade Program by giving away more than $2,300 in prizes from Kravet, Duralee and Stroheim.
From November 3 to November 16, DecoratorsBest will accept photo submissions of decorated spaces from interior designers. Submitted photographs will be published on the DecoratorsBest Trade Program Design Contest site. Three expert judges will rate the photos and choose a Judges’ Choice Winner, who will receive $1,000 toward Kravet products at DecoratorsBest.com.
The photos will also be open to public voting. The photo with the most votes will receive the Voters’ Choice prize of $750 toward Duralee products at DecoratorsBest.com, and the photo with the second-highest amount of votes will receive the Voters’ Runner-Up prize of two 27” x 27” pillows from Stroheim.
The expert judges include Barbara Karpf, founder and CEO of DecoratorsBest; John Robshaw, textile designer and founder of John Robshaw Textiles; and Dara Caponigro, Schumacher’s creative director and former Veranda editor-in-chief.
The DecoratorsBest Trade Program is a one-stop-shop virtual design mart where interior designers and other members of the trade can research and purchase over 200,000 fabrics and wallpapers from top manufacturers. The program allows professionals to spend less time dealing with paperwork and more time growing their businesses.

When interior designer Barbara Karpf launched DecoratorsBest in 2004, it was the very first e-commerce company to offer an extensive selection of designer fabric and wallpaper to consumers. Karpf founded it upon her principle that everyone deserves a beautiful home and great customer service. It doesn't matter who you are, whether you live in a one-bedroom apartment or a five-story mansion – you should have access to great designer products at great prices.
Since then, DecoratorsBest has grown. The company carries over 200,000 products and has branched into new categories. It now has an office in Midtown Manhattan and a dedicated group of employees, but it’s held onto the spirit with which it began: Listen and help customers to the fullest extent, and provide them with gorgeous designer products that transform their home.
