Electronic Payments Announces Acquisition of Exatouch Point of Sale
Boca Raton, Florida (PRWEB) November 04, 2015 -- Electronic Payments, a leading provider of merchant services and innovative payment processing solutions, today announced the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Exatouch Point of Sale, a PA-DSS certified cloud-hybrid point of sale software system providing customized solutions to merchants nationwide.
Through this acquisition, Electronic Payments will grow the Exatouch brand and offer its ISO, agent and merchant partners the most complete, industry-leading payment technologies. The agreement also complements and expands Electronic Payments’ IP portfolio and software capabilities, driving innovation and incremental value.
All of Exatouch’s employees have joined the EPI team and will work out of its Boca Raton offices.
