"...not everyone out there is going to want or need the standard, one-size-fits-all answer either. That’s why we came up with our Hot Box Basic, Advanced, and Premium options.” Brent Reddekopp, President

Powerblanket recently expanded on a tried and true product offering in their innovative line of heating products. The Powerblanket Hot Box (also referred to as a Bulk Material Warmer) is now available in three different performance levels to accommodate a wider range of heating needs.
When Powerblanket first introduced their Bulk Material Warmer, it came as a viable and helpful solution to many. Vern Fiehler, of Quick Road Repair in Alaska, was one such individual who benefited substantially from the offer. Before the Hot Box came out, Vern had experienced quite the setback during a presentation at the Juneau Alaska International Airport. When presenting his Instant Road Repair (IRR) product to his audience, the forced-air, ceramic heater he was using caused the material to overheat and fail. Ever since this incident, Vern has used a Powerblanket Hot Box to bring his product up to working temperature, because the Hot Box offers even and regulated heat distribution, something that would have saved his first presentation.
“Vern’s story is one of our favorites to tell,” said Nate Evans, Marketing Director for Powerblanket. “In Vern’s case, one can really see the value behind our Hot Box product. But even though it served a purpose like Vern’s really well, we wanted to expand upon the offer to allow us to reach more people who needed the same sort of solution.” As well as the initial product answered the needs Vern and others had for a portable, easily assembled heating box, it became clear to Powerblanket that the Hot Box needed variable options.
“Not everyone out there needs our most robust heating solution,” said Brent Reddekopp, President of Powerblanket,” and not everyone out there is going to want or need the standard, one-size-fits-all answer either. That’s why we came up with our Hot Box Basic, Advanced, and Premium options.”
Now Powerblanket customers have the option of purchasing the entry-level Powerblanket Hot Box Basic, the slightly stronger and hotter Hot Box Advanced, or the top of the line Premium model, with a ultra-strong aluminum frame and a controller for thermostatic temperature regulation.
