According to a recent IVANS study, automated carrier interface is becoming a business requirement when selecting carriers with whom to do business, 69% of agents responding with automated carrier interface being very important when selecting a carrier relationship. Of note, approximately 69% of agent respondents indicated interest in receiving eDocs from all of their carriers, which based on the survey, can result in an average time savings of 1.35 hours per employee.
