Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill announced its latest specialty monthly menu. This time, the Asian American fusion restaurant is showcasing its talents with the Pork & Pinot menu set to hit several locations November 1st.
The menu includes several original recipes created by the chefs at Ling & Louie’s. Guests can look forward to a variety of traditional dishes with pork elements such as the Beggar’s Purses appetizer which consists of crispy pork dumplings topped with a savory green curry-coconut sauce. Also among the appetizer dishes are the Char Siu Pork Satays. The dinner menu includes Ling’s Spare Ribs, Green Curry Pork Tenderloin, Drunken Pork and for dessert, the Bacon-Walnut Brownie.
Along with each pork dish, the menu carefully pairs several different Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris/Grigio wines from Jackson Family Wine Estates. The menu includes an assortment of crisp, light white wines and sultry red wines to enjoy alone or with a suggested dish.
Ling & Louie’s is known for their specialty menus that finely showcase their skills with wok cooking. This will be the first year that Ling & Louie’s has introduced the Pork & Pinot menu, and the chefs at the restaurant aren’t shy about the fun they’ve had creating the menu.
“Pork is already a staple in Asian cuisine so we’re having a lot of fun taking what’s traditional and putting our own spin on it,” said John Banquil, Regional Manager of Ling & Louie’s. “We’re really excited to let the guests try it and tell us what they think.”
