Research Seeks to Understand Human Capital Management Priorities for Businesses in the Coming Year

Brandon Hall Group, the leading independent Human Capital Management research/analyst firm, today launched its 2016 Human Capital Management Outlook Survey https://www.research.net/r/C7WRLWY, designed to gain understanding of the top HCM management priorities for businesses in the coming year.

The 15-question survey, which lists key facets of workforce management and talent management that make up a HCM practice, asks business and HCM leaders to rank their top priorities in each area. The survey is available here https://www.research.net/r/C7WRLWY.

Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke urged business and HCM leaders to take 15 minutes to complete the survey. “The research is designed to help practitioners and solution providers alike understand which elements of HCM are priorities for the coming year, how organizations measure the business impact of their HCM processes and technologies, and what differentiates top performing companies. The outcomes of the study will not only inform the community, but help shape the research we do throughout the year,” Cooke said.

In the 2015 survey, companies were heavily focused on the customer: 41% of responding organizations cited improving the customer experience as the top priority, with gaining market share (more customers) finishing second with 36%. Learning and Development was the most important HCM focus, with 88% of respondents ranking it as a top priority, followed by performance management (85%) and leadership development (79%).
