In the 2015 survey, companies were heavily focused on the customer: 41% of responding organizations cited improving the customer experience as the top priority, with gaining market share (more customers) finishing second with 36%. Learning and Development was the most important HCM focus, with 88% of respondents ranking it as a top priority, followed by performance management (85%) and leadership development (79%).
