Building Intelligence Inc. rolls out its mobile-friendly SV3®Facility to simplify the flow of communications between tenants, building staff, and suppliers. SV3® supports an auditable and secure environment promoting the pre-registration and correlation of all visitors, vendors and vehicles while integrating with several physical access control systems, drivers license scanners and license plate readers.

Building Intelligence Inc. rolls out its mobile-friendly SV3®Facility and SV3®Visitor. SV3®Facility is Building Intelligence’s third generation of cloud-based tenant request and work-order system. Users who schedule visitors have the option to place work-orders, schedule conference rooms, and receive building notifications. By expanding the breath of services available to our end-users, SV3® provides a convenient, efficient, and comprehensive offering to all its SV3® clients.

On the morning of October 30, 2015, all of Building Intelligence’s clients were greeted with a new portal that provides a complete video tutorial and manual. With new navigation, enhanced features, and responsive design, visitors can now be scheduled from mobile phones, and work-orders can be closed out on tablets. With the conference room option, the convenience of coordinating visitors and reserving shared conference rooms now can be organized with requests for resources like a projector, catering, or room configuration.

SV3® currently supports integrations with several Physical Access Control Systems, Driver License Scanners and License Plate Readers.
