Reed Hartzog was just that person. Having run a successful pool service company in Orange County, he then went to Houston, TX and opened Reed’s Pool Service. After growing this business for several years and learning pool construction, Hartzog expanded his offerings to new pool construction and pool remodeling. When approached by a friend to assist in restructuring his pool building company, Waterscapes Custom Pools, Inc. in Orange County, Hartzog jumped at the chance.
