National Lutheran's Camille Roussel Named as Chief Quality and Performance Officer
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) November 03, 2015 -- National Lutheran Communities & Services’ (NLCS) Camille Roussel was named to the newly-created position of Chief Quality & Performance Officer. Roussel, who has worked for NLCS for four years, previously held the role of Chief Information Officer (CIO).
This is a new position for the organization that reflects a strategic focus on sustainable growth, risk management and key standards. Roussel will coordinate efforts across the National Lutheran family of brands to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, maintain the appropriate measurement systems, and manage risk throughout the organization.
“NLCS has grown from a single-site entity to a multi-site family of retirement communities and services,” Roussel said. “I’m excited about this stage of our growth as an organization and that I can play a role in helping to streamline operations across the National Lutheran family of brands.”
Roussel has spent more than 11 years in the information technology (IT) field in a variety of capacities ranging from an instructor to overhauling technology infrastructures. He holds an M.B.A., along with a M.S. in Technology Management, from University of Maryland University College. Roussel also has a B.S. in Computer Science from University of Maryland College Park and is a Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) and a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO).
