BreakThrough Physical Therapy Sponsoring Jingle Bell Race
Greensboro, NC (PRWEB) November 05, 2015 -- BreakThrough Physical Therapy (BTPT) is proud to be sponsoring the Arthritis Foundation’s upcoming Jingle Bell 5K Race for the second year in a row. The event will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2015 in at City Lake Park in Jamestown, NC.
As a “Friend of the Arthritis Foundation” sponsor, BTPT will staff a runner’s station where they will provide hydration and support to participants. Additionally, BTPT’s physios will be present at the finish line to answer post-race injury or training questions and for screening and stretching as needed.
“We are thrilled to be supporting the Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Race again,” said Mark Watson, BTPT Regional Manager and Clinic Manager of Greensboro’s North Church Street clinic. “It was a great way for the community to come together to kick off the holiday season last year, and we look forward to another fun, successful event in honor of a great cause.”
Participants are asked to wear a holiday themed costume and tie jingle bells to their shoelaces to help raise funds to find a cure for arthritis, the nation's leading cause of disability. The event will begin at 8:30 AM, and registration can be completed online or in-person the morning of the race between 8:00 – 9:00 AM for $30. There will also be a Fun Run open to participants of all ages and a Reindeer Dash for children 10 and under.
