PeopleKeys to Offer a Live Online Leadership Development Seminar in November

PeopleKeys today announced that they will air a live online Leadership Development training seminar at 1pm EST on November 12th. The online Leadership Development seminar will demonstrate how principles of DISC behavioral analysis can be used to create more effective, confident, and dynamic leaders.

The goal of the class is to help participants understand how to better lead, motivate, and encourage the people around them.

PeopleKeys today announced their plans to air a live Leadership Development training seminar at 1pm EST on Thursday November 12, 2015. The 60-minute online training will feature strategies for using DISC behavioral analysis to understand the connection between personality and leadership. The goal of the class is to help participants understand how to better lead, motivate, and encourage the people around them. The seminar will teach strategies for:

  • maximizing the performance of teams
  • capitalizing on the inherent strengths of individuals
  • improving interpersonal dynamics
  • motivating and encouraging others to reach their potential

The instructor for the seminar will be PeopleKeys Master Trainer John Schindell, who brings to the training his signature blend of real-world experience, humor, and technical expertise. Enrollment in the online training is $49, and includes a copy of the PowerPoint used in the training. For those unable to attend the live class, Schindell’s talk will be available on-demand the day after original airing.
