Recently, Search Engine Land reported that roughly 88% of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations when it comes to making decisions about businesses in their community. This means that it falls on responsible companies, large and small, to utilize these recommendations in an effective manner, and promote honesty and transparency to consumers by providing meaningful outlets for feedback.

This new trend also signals a need for companies to pay attention to their online presence—not just in regards to the way in which they market using SEO strategies and content, but additionally in the way they recognize the influence customer reviews have on their outward face to potential clients and consumers.

Both Tuff Supplies and Reviews are committed to constantly finding ways to improve the consumer experience, and this partnership is a win-win for both companies. The hands on services Reviews is providing for us, including the ways they have gone above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs are met for a price far below what other independent review sites charge, goes in line with Tuff Supplies’ own commitment to going above and beyond for its customers and clients. This commitment from both companies will be reflected in this exciting partnership.

These initiatives include:

Include the Review customer ratings from Reviews.io and Reviews.co.uk in the search results automatically when individuals search for “Tuff Supplies” and their products online, allowing for an instantaneous quality assurance for all potential customers.

Including the Reviews “trust symbol” along with up-to-date customer reviews on individual product pages on TuffSupplies.com, allowing consumers to easily compare products based on trusted, independent reviews without having to pause their shopping process.

Integrating prompts that invite Tuff Supplies customers to rate their product and experiences easily into the purchasing path, creating an effective and non-invasive means by which consumers can share their thoughts.

Additionally, Reviews will be creating special data scripts for improved API on Tuff Supplies’ new website in order to make the process of both purchasing and reviewing as consistent and easy for the consumer as possible.
