Wycliffe Golf & Country Club Serves Up a New Menu to Members

Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, a premiere residential private golf community, has undergone new and exciting changes in their Food & Beverage Department; this includes a redesigned menu for members. From the look and feel to the variety of decadent dishes, it's a positive change for the membership.

Wycliffe Golf & Country Club, a premiere residential private golf community, has undergone new and exciting changes in their Food & Beverage Department. Wycliffe members have been dining at The Grille, their signature restaurant, for many years now. The Grille is known for a multiple of reasons, of course first and foremost, the decadent dishes, but also for its incredible ambiance that offers members a first-rate dining experience unlike any other. Wycliffe is now proud to welcome new menu options for both lunch and dinner service.

World-renowned, Certified Executive Chef, Michael J. Schenk, had the idea to bring dishes that were fresh, invigorating and visually appealing. Items such as the Farmhouse Salad with crisp vegetables, heart of palms with special vinaigrette and the Branzino, a lightly charred fish, are a perfect example of the caliber of selections now offered to members.

Bringing a new menu on board can be a challenging experience, but it can also be a very rewarding one for both staff and members. When it comes to transitioning, Wycliffe Golf & Country Club’s Food & Beverage department does it with complete ease. Updating a menu brings about a positive change among the membership and its culture. It’s a highly proactive way to show that the Club listens to the membership’s needs.
