Qmatic Expands Global Reach with Acquisition of German Market Leader
Duluth, GA (PRWEB) November 10, 2015 -- Qmatic Group announced that it has acquired Germany-based NetCallUp, a firm with over 800 installations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg that focuses primarily on increasing customer satisfaction and improving organizational efficiency for government organizations.

With this acquisition Qmatic now owns 100% of the shares in NetCallUp Software GmbH. NetCallUp was founded by entrepreneur Thomas Föcking as a side project to his university studies in 2004. Since then Föcking and his team have helped hundreds of organizations satisfy customers with the company’s cloud-based booking system and virtual line management solutions.
