Darren will be responsible for leading the organisation’s sales engineering team and assisting with new business and customer account management to support both high growth and operational efficiency across NewVoiceMedia’s expanding global footprint. He brings over 20 years’ industry experience to the business, joining from Salesforce, where he held various senior executive positions spanning sales engineering and platform architecture. Prior to that, Darren served at both Microsoft and Oracle.
