Miller will speak on “Tying It All Together: 8 Habits of Highly Effective Boards,” during the NACD course next week in Washington D.C. NACD Director Professionalism Courses cover all of the fundamental skills that directors need to be successful board members. The course, which takes place over two days, is highly interactive and led by accomplished directors and corporate governance experts located throughout the United States.
