Celebrate fall in the perfect way with home-cooked, comfort food!

What better way to warm up than with a homemade bowl of chili? It’s a traditional dish for fall, and especially for the harvest season. With its savory flavors, spices and variety of ingredients, there are so many ways to throw together a pot of chili and so many different varieties to love. This month, Clearview Resolution Services will be hosting its first annual Chili Cook-Off. This event is open to the public, so break out those family recipes and get cooking!

On Nov. 20 at St. Joseph’s Church on Main St. in Amherst, NY, competitors will gather to share their best pot of chili, whether it’s a personal creation or longtime family recipe. Clearview staff members will also be attending and competing for the grand prize of a dinner for two at Texas de Brazil.

A panel of judges will consist of members from the community, so the public is encouraged to attend even if they’re not competing! Bring a hungry stomach and craving for chili and be a part of this maiden cook-off event. For more information, reach out to the staff at Clearview Resolution Services.
