On Monday, Nov. 9, Smith will be speaking on “Ethics Issues, Including re Legal Opinions and Joint-Party Agreements” and Chansky will be moderating the panel “When are Gaming Styled Programs Legal.” Sutin will be speaking on the panel “Privacy by Design: What it Means in an Age of Mobile Marketing and Big Data?” Wednesday, Nov. 11.

BAA’s 37th Marketing Law Conference brings together the nation’s leading brands and law firms at the industry’s most important marketing and advertising law conference. Sutin is chair of Greenberg Traurig’s Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, which includes the firm’s Privacy & Data Protection Task Force.
