SWEAT Fitness Announces the Launch of the SWEAT X Training Program
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) November 10, 2015 -- SWEAT Fitness, a Philadelphia-based gym, is excited to announce the new SWEAT X training program. SWEAT X launched on Nov. 2 and is a small group training program designed to take your athletic training to the next level.
SWEAT X incorporates the use of ropes, box jumps, kettle bells, ramps, barbells and interval training, as well as other strength training exercises. Classes are taught by SWEAT Fitness's elite X instructors and can be modified to suit any fitness level. Instructors are always there to help students with form and to make sure they are getting the most out of their workout. With these classes, members can expect to see changes to their body in a matter of weeks.

SWEAT X small group training classes are held at the SWEAT Fitness Queen Village location, located at 700 Passyunk Ave., Philadelphia, PA. Members of SWEAT X also receive membership to all 8 SWEAT Fitness health clubs.
