U.S. Security Associates (USA) announced today that the company has been designated a 2016 Military Friendly® Employer by Victory Media, publisher of G.I. Jobs and Military Spouse magazines. This is the fourth consecutive year the security company has landed a spot on the Military Friendly® Employers list, a popular resource for transitioning service members and spouses seeking civilian employment.

“Companies that have earned the 2016 Military Friendly® Employer award have exceptionally strong hiring programs and meaningful careers for transitioning service members and spouses,” says Daniel Nichols, Chief Product Officer of Victory Media and Navy Reserve veteran. U.S. Security Associates aggressively targets military talent through its Recruiting America’s Brave hiring program.

“Military candidates have already proven they have the professional skills, training, and discipline to excel in security service careers,” explains Harold Underdown, USA’s Senior VP of Security Force Development and a decorated 30-year Navy SEALS veteran. “Veterans and reservists have a strong track record of rising through our security company ranks into operations, administration, and executive leadership positions.”

Through the Recruiting America’s Brave program, USA partners with many post-military employment groups to place military candidates in security service careers. USA will be showcased in the December edition of G.I. Jobs magazine and online at MilitaryFriendly.com, along with other 2016 Military Friendly® Employers.
