Hosts Final User Conference of 2015 in Oklahoma City

Oildex, a service of Transzap, Inc., today hosted its final user conference of 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The event concluded a series of meetings held in Houston, Texas (September 16), Denver (September 29) and Calgary, Canada (October 20). The multi-region events provided an opportunity for attendees from the company’s customer base of more than 1,100 customers and 50,000 suppliers to engage face-to-face with the market leader about its products and vision for the oil and gas industry. The conferences also provided networking opportunities for customers, partners and prospects alike.

For attendees, a key conference takeaway was the introduction to the newly expanded Oildex product suite, including the addition of procure-to-pay (P2P) and the OpenInvoice product. Customers were able to see how the range of data types and exchanges now supported by Oildex can provide broader insight into workflow for oil and gas. In addition, attendees learned that Oildex is the only provider that offers a single data platform for financial transactions — providing benefits that will change the way customers look at managing accounts receivable and accounts payable within their operations.

“The conferences provided an opportunity to encourage customers to look at Oildex in a new way,” explained Slack. “Most were only familiar with one side of Oildex, but the conversational format of these conferences allowed us to highlight how the combination of our products provides value — allowing them to connect once and access all.”
