Furthermore, the grid has an easy to access bar graph, which is used for visualizing box content. After the successful creation of one vial, the user can duplicate it for filling a complete box within a couple of seconds. Vial transactions include destructions, working stock, depletions, and audits.

A summary report aggregates the names of agents, vial counts, and volume/amount across all boxes. The report saves lab managers time by aggregating vials in different boxes for a specific inventory set.
