AP-Networks Announces Major Update to Online Network Portals
Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- Asset Performance Networks (AP-Networks) has announced that it will roll out a major update to its online portals—the Turnaround Network, the Upstream Network, and the Capital Project Network—in early December of this year. The Networks house online tool suites designed to improve performance and readiness for turnarounds, offshore shutdowns, and projects respectively. While the tool sets offered vary in each, all three Networks contain their own tailored version of NaviTrack, AP-Networks’ Industry-leading work process planning and deployment tool. The upgrades to the Networks reflect current Industry trends, and will provide an improved interface for all subscribers.
The first phase of the Network update will be rolled out on December 6th, 2015. This phase will include an event-centric interface, a dashboard for each event that provides a multi-dimensional look at readiness, and various administrative upgrades to streamline user interactions.
Additionally, a Mega Complexity model will be added to all tools within the Turnaround Network to complement the existing Low, Medium, and High Complexity models.
There will be a second phase to the Network update that will include:
-- Organizational mapping of corporate functional groups to familiar local nomenclature
-- Site activity libraries
-- Deliverable approval work flow capability
-- Addition of Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed (RACI) assignments to NaviTrack activities
-- Auto-generated and externally distributed Steering Team reports
-- Internal sub-metric report integration into NaviTrack
AP-Networks will announce more details regarding Phase Two in early 2016.
To ensure that users have the opportunity to make the most of these enhancements, AP-Networks will provide training to Network subscribers. Training details are published on each Network.
