Orangetheory Fitness To Energize Brentwood Residents with Unique Interval Training Concept
BRENTWOOD, Calif. (PRWEB) November 12, 2015 -- Orangetheory Fitness, the latest concept in fitness known for its cardiovascular and strength training classes, has announced the opening of a new studio in Brentwood, Calif. The 3,700-square-foot fitness studio will open next to Lenscrafters at popular shopping destination The Streets of Brentwood in early 2016.
The studio will offer high-energy 60-minute total body workout sessions led by experienced trainers in a group fitness setting. While working out on treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension straps and free weights, participants can expect to burn an average of 900 calories including after-burn, which aids the body in burning calories for up to 36 hours post-workout.

Orangetheory Fitness Brentwood will join The Streets of Brentwood as the newest tenant among nearly 60 popular retailers and restaurants. The 350,000-square-foot lifestyle shopping center opened in 2008 and is situated on 60 acres at Highway 4 and Sand Creek Road.

Orangetheory Fitness Brentwood will be located at 2565 Sand Creek Road, Suite 132, in Brentwood. The opening will be celebrated with a public grand opening party in early 2016. More details to come.
