Not only does this result in uniform final moisture distribution and improved grade with minimal wets, it reduces electrical energy consumption and the drying cost per board foot (BF) for its users.

Furthermore, its design permits heating systems to be combined to develop hybrid dryers, such as a gas-fired hot air burner with dehumidification, enabling an organization to utilize the most effective way to heat treat, using hot air, and then dry high-grade material with dehumidification.
